About Us

Strength by Sami empowers women to build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits—both in and out of the gym. Founded by Sami, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with 16 years of experience and a background in competitive bodybuilding, we combine science-backed nutrition, intentional strength training, and real-life coaching.

Sami holds degrees in biology and nutrition science and specializes in longevity and women’s health. Through personalized coaching, education, and a supportive community in our private studio, we help women take control of their health and build strength for life.
