Small Group Training at Strength By Sami is more than just a workout — it’s a community. Train alongside a small group of 3–4 women who encourage, challenge, and empower one another every step of the way. Our sessions are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and lasting friendships in a supportive, uplifting environment. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or leveling up your training, you’ll never have to do it alone. Spaces are limite for small group training - apply using the link below!

1:1 Coaching

We offer limited-availability, fully customized 1:1 coaching for women through online, in-person, and hybrid options. Work directly with Sami, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, with in-person sessions at our private training facility. Meet Sami

Strength by Sami empowers women to build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits—both in and out of the gym. Founded by Sami, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with 16 years of experience and a background in competitive bodybuilding, we combine science-backed nutrition, intentional strength training, and real-life coaching.

Sami holds a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's in nutrition science and specializes in longevity and women’s health. Through personalized coaching, education, and a supportive community in our private studio, we help women take control of their health and build strength for life.
