One-on-One Personal Training

Experience a transformative fitness journey with our one-hour personal training sessions in a private facility led by expert trainers. Enjoy full access to the Strength by Sami app, tailored workout programming, and a 30-minute nutrition session with a licensed dietitian. You’ll also receive a comprehensive meal plan featuring over 300 macro-friendly recipes, monthly body measurements, and body fat assessments. Plus, connect with others in our Strength by Sami group chat for ongoing support!

Workout
Fitness Class

Small Group Training

Join our small group training sessions, where you can work out in intimate groups of 2-3 individuals. Each one-hour session includes full access to the Strength by Sami app to track your workouts and meals. Subscribers will benefit from Sami’s Health and Hustle Club, with new workouts delivered every four weeks. Enjoy customized macros and a meal plan, along with access to over 300 macro-friendly recipes to keep your nutrition on point!

Drop-In Classes

No commitment is necessary for our drop-in classes! Simply sign up 24 hours in advance and prepare for an exhilarating 50-minute workout with our expert trainers. Designed for groups of 3-5 people, these classes focus on a blend of strength, power, endurance, and functional training to keep you challenged. Get a taste of what it’s like to train with the Strength by Sami team, and elevate your fitness game!
